Directed toward Spanish majors preparing for their Capstone experience, this course aims to guide the student in the process of completing a capstone proposal and initiating the preliminary steps toward the graduation ePortfolio. The ePortfolio provides evidence that a student is making satisfactory progress toward meeting the Core requirements and Major Learning Outcomes (MLOs) for the Spanish B.A.

SPAN 300: Pre-Capstone for Spanish Majors |
Pre-Capstone was my first approach to the capstone. In this class, I learned the first steps to follow to be successful in my final project. From the beginning of the class, we were taught to search the sources of information. After that, we learned about the different parts that would have our analysis, and the correct order to organize them. Finally, with all the clear information, we chose our subject which we are already developing this semester in the Capstone. Another thing that I learned that is very necessary to succeed in Capstone is personal motivation. Preparing our work with time motivates us to move forward and be positive in what we are doing. It is for this reason that Pre- Capstone is a very necessary course since it prepares us in advance in what will be our great research project.
